Trend-Forward Products Made with Sustainably Sourced California Milk Featured
Tracy, Calif. – (June 4, 2026) –The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) will spotlight a diverse selection of innovative specialty dairy products at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food show in New York, N.Y. June 28-30, 2026.
CMAB will sample an assortment of dairy applications including cheese, Middle Eastern inspired coffee drinks, gelato, desserts, and dairy based snacks. California dairy processors in attendance include Gelato Festival, Karoun Dairies, Petit Pot, Sierra Nevada Cheese Co. and YahYahYah. Attendees can visit CMAB booth #536 to learn more about products made with milk from California dairy families who lead the nation in sustainable farming. The CMAB team also will be on hand recruiting for the 8th annual Real California Milk Excelerator product innovation competition.
