District 3 Will Crown 2026 Dairy Princess May 3rd
ORLAND, Calif. – April 20, 2026 – Three young women will compete for the prestigious title of Dairy Princess during the District 3 Dairy Princess contest on May 3, 2026, in Orland.
This year’s contestants are Danica Corp, Norah Reimers, and Riley Sheppard from Orland.
Danica is the daughter of Joe and Leslie Corp. She is a junior at Orland High School and an active member of her local 4-H club. Danica raises and shows dairy heifers at the Glenn County Fair. She enjoys playing softball and basketball and is an active member in her community.
Norah, daughter of Lindsay and Luke Reimers, is a junior at Orland High School. Her great-grandparents owned Pedrozo Dairy, and she has shown dairy heifers at the Glenn County Fair for the past several years. Norah is on the varsity volleyball, basketball, and golf teams. She is an active member of the Future Farmers of America and currently serves as Chapter Treasurer.
Riley is the daughter of Cassie Thain and is a junior at Orland High School. She has shown dairy cattle at shows across the state and is an active member of the Orland Future Farmers of America and Capay 4-H. Riley is a member of Med Ed Club and the high school yearbook and publication group.
The young lady crowned as Dairy Princess will represent the dairy industry in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, and Yuba counties where she will serve the area as an ambassador for the dairy industry with various audiences. The newly selected princess and her alternate will participate in mandatory training, provided by the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), where they will receive professional development coaching.
